The hotel has a convenient location near the convention center, which was why I chose it. However, the overall experience was pretty disappointing due to outdated amenities and numerous maintenance issues. I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the concert venue, which was really convenient for me. I was treated wonderfully by the staff, particularly Simone, who went out of her way to help me. However, the second hotel I stayed at was a nightmare; it was dirty, and I felt unsafe due to the surrounding environment. Pricing was reasonable, but the quality didn't match up at all in the second hotel.
